LTLflow is a cloud-based software platform operated by Pinnacle Logistics Group ("PLG," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the LTLflow platform and related services (the "Service").

By using LTLflow, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account Information

When you register for LTLflow, we may collect:

Company name
Phone number (if provided)
Billing details

Payments are processed securely by Pinnacle Logistics Group through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

B. Shipment & Operational Data

Because LTLflow digitizes LTL shipment workflows, we collect and store operational data entered into the platform, including:

Shipment details
Weight and dimension entries
Pallet measurements
Photos of shipments or packaging
Packaging list documentation
Certified dimension certificates (if applicable)

This information is stored to provide dashboard functionality, documentation retention, automated email formatting, and claims support.

C. Usage & Device Data

We may collect technical data such as:

IP address
Browser type
Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop)
Operating system
Platform interaction data

This data helps us maintain platform security and improve performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide and operate the LTLflow Service
Store and manage shipment documentation
Generate submission emails and reports
Process billing transactions
Improve platform functionality
Provide customer support
Communicate service updates and security notices

We do not sell customer shipment data.

3. Freight Services Separation

LTLflow is software only. Freight brokerage services provided by Pinnacle Logistics Group are governed under separate agreements and may involve separate data processing practices.

Shipment data entered into LTLflow does not automatically authorize freight transactions unless separately agreed.

4. Data Retention

Shipment documentation and platform data are retained according to your subscription tier:

Free Tier: Email-based record only (no extended cloud retention)
Advanced Tier: 90-day cloud document retention
Scale Tier: 1-year cloud document retention
Enterprise Tier: Custom retention terms

After applicable retention periods expire, data may be archived or deleted in accordance with our internal data policies.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal or shipment data.

We may share information with:

Service providers (hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, Stripe payment processing)
Professional advisors
Legal authorities when required by law

All service providers are required to maintain appropriate data security standards.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

While we use industry-standard encryption and security practices, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Integrations

LTLflow may integrate with third-party systems or hardware, including QBOID devices or external TMS platforms.

Data transmitted through such integrations may be subject to the privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services beyond our control.

8. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
