LTLflow is a software platform operated by Pinnacle Logistics Group. All billing and payment processing is handled by Pinnacle Logistics Group through Stripe.
Because LTLflow provides digital software access and subscription-based services, the following refund terms apply.
Monthly plans are billed in advance and may be canceled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, access will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual plans are billed in full at the time of purchase.
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the original transaction date.
After 3 calendar days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
If your subscription includes physical hardware (such as QBOID dimensioning equipment), return eligibility and terms will be governed by the applicable hardware agreement provided at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement:
Hardware must be returned within 30 days of receipt
Equipment must be in original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Shipping charges are non-refundable
The following are non-refundable:
Professional onboarding or setup fees
Custom API integration services
Data usage fees already incurred
Freight-related credits or services
One-time API setup fees
