Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 23, 2026

LTLflow is a cloud-based software platform operated by Pinnacle Logistics Group ("PLG," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). All billing and payment processing for LTLflow subscriptions is handled by Pinnacle Logistics Group through Stripe.

By accessing or using the LTLflow website or platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Description of Service

LTLflow is a cloud-based software platform designed to digitize LTL shipment workflows, including shipment entry, weight and dimension capture, photo documentation, submission formatting, and related operational tools.

LTLflow does not provide freight transportation services. Freight brokerage services, if applicable, are provided separately by Pinnacle Logistics Group under separate written agreements.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring the accuracy of shipment data entered into the platform

You are responsible for:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the platform

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

By subscribing to LTLflow, you authorize Pinnacle Logistics Group to charge your selected payment method through Stripe.

Subscription tiers, shipment limits, feature access, and pricing are outlined on the Pricing page and may be updated periodically.

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Monthly subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Annual subscriptions are subject to the refund terms outlined in the Refund Policy.

Cancellation of freight services does not automatically cancel LTLflow software subscriptions unless agreed in writing.

6. Freight Credit Program

LTLflow customers may qualify for freight-based subscription credits when shipping with Pinnacle Logistics Group, subject to applicable program terms.

Freight credits are calculated based on qualifying shipment activity and may be applied toward LTLflow subscription fees.

Program eligibility, credit rates, shipment qualification criteria, and application methods may be updated from time to time at the Company’s discretion.

Freight credits do not modify the underlying subscription agreement. Subscription fees remain due according to the selected billing plan unless otherwise applied as a credit.

Freight brokerage services are governed under separate agreements with Pinnacle Logistics Group.

7. API & Enterprise Services

API integrations, custom workflows, enterprise onboarding, and high-volume data services may require additional agreements, setup fees, or negotiated pricing.

The Company reserves the right to require direct consultation prior to enabling API access.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, platform design, trademarks, logos, graphics, workflows, and content associated with LTLflow are the property of Pinnacle Logistics Group or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of shipment data uploaded to the platform. The Company may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics, service improvement, and operational benchmarking.

We do not sell customer shipment data.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Logistics Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

You violate these Terms
Payment is not received
Your use poses risk to the platform, other users, or the Company

Upon termination, access to the Service may be revoked and data retention policies will apply according to your subscription tier.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
